How do I place my Custom Order?

We offer several ways to place an order. You can place an order by phone, text, email or selecting the custom option and providing your custom design ideas. For more detailed information on placing an order call 832-299-4147 to speak with a professional.

Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order?

All custom orders require an email address to be on file. We will send an email for you to preview and approve before we start your print job. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork approval from you.

Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell?

Our guarantee policy is very simple...
If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will refund your money for the entire order or replace the product.

Do you offer 2x, 3x, 4x, etc. size shirts, hoodies and crewneck sweaters?

Yes. We offer up to 6x on some of the garments that we offer. However, not all colors are avaiable in these size shirts and pricing does change according to the size of the garment. Call or email for for availability.

Do You Provide Customized Logos?

Yes, I can edit or redesign your exsisting logo for a small set-up fee. We also offer to design a new logo based on your concept idea starting at $30.00. Logo formats will be provided in JPEG, SVG, and PNG files once complete.

How many sample designs are provided when customizing a logo?

We will create 3 designs and 3 edits in your initial custom design price. If a design can not be approved after these attempts you will be asked to provide a photograph of the image in your liking before a final print is completed. No refunds on custom designs.
